Items mentioned in the menu card are not available on order. Instead they verbally apprise about the limited items available at that time and you have to choose from those limited options. For example, Noboborsho special thalis are displayed everywhere but not available.

They scam you by adding additional charges without informing during check out. The manager will go to any extent to degrade you by using foul language. Don’t loose your self respect by staying in this place.

Good hotel and good location. Service is really good and so are the rooms. Neat and tidy. However i hv found mosquitoes in the room. They need to work on their breakfast menu, I have stayed there for two nights n breakfast menu was exactly the same. Idli and vada could have been better. Inroom dining was delicious . Overall good stay. I will stay again.

Nice hotel in Agartala. I enjoyed my stay. All the stuff is cordial. Food is good. Rooms are neat & clean.

the manager 's behaviour was worst. he gave me a wrong bill GST NO . when I told him to give me a correct bill in no way he was giving me. this was my second visit to rimi international but there is no way im booking that hotel again

TV is not working properly and also swith and charging point is not working properly food is also average and bath . I stay in superior room but not fil like this . front Mgr is also unable to reply of my query . so it's my sincere advice to improve all the things .

Service is excellent. Food is good little on the costlier side, huge portion sizes. Staff are nice, quick, professional, efficient. It is safe. Situated in a good location, good connectivity with other areas
