I am really overwhelmed by the friendly and professional nature of staffs . I want to thank staff who was at the time of our check in who guided us to explore tourist attractions of Agartala in a short period . Only because of his suggestion we could visit Akhaura checkpost as well as evening shows of Ujjayanta palace in a same day. Thank you Sonar Tori

Those staff are not good liked they are not behaving properly mainly two boys in the reception so please change them

Amenities are not properly managed. Bathroom is not well managed and cleaned. Toilet pots are dirty. There is a pungent smell all over the lobby as well as room. Don't have images.

Overall, the hotel has very good ambience. Room and bathroom is good. Quite convenient place. On the negative side, choice of b/f is limited for veg items. More importantly, staff at the restaurant have some kind of attitude. They do not have manners to greet the customers and show blanch faces. Do not consider the customers feedback.
