The location is good outside view of the hotel is also good. But the cleanliness of room & bathroom is bad, comot of the bathroom is not working. The room suffocated and found very bad smell. Ultimately my stay was unsatisfactory.

I had booked the room on 3rd june, 2024. But when i reached on 6th jun e at hotel anurag, they informed me that no room available. And provided a worst quality room at another hotel

The room that was provided was very clean, spacious and well decorated. Also, the attached bathroom was clean and spacious. There were all the amenities provided like ac, tv etc. Also, food was available in the hotel itself when requested. Even cab was arranged from the hotel itself for sightseeing. Overall very happy with the accommodation.

Rooms are ok, but service and cleanliness is not up to the mark, cockroaches and mosquitos were sharing the room with me. Wifi was not working, even quality of the bed is terrible i. E. Too hard.

The hotel room was good but due to late night even very loud music or other activities i feel disturbed and in morning time no water in bathroom, power issue as well

Place is good. Service is average. Rooms are good but lighting is inadequate in some of the rooms. Corridors are narrow. Overall good budget hotel in proper location.

From my recent stay have to say, it was one of the worst experiences i've ever had with a hotel. Upon arrival, i was informed that there was no availability for my reservation, despite having a confirmed booking. The staff seemed disinterested and offered no apology. Instead, they sent me to a different hotel, which was not at all what i had planned. The alternative accommodation was sub-par and not what i had paid for. When i expressed my frustration to the manager, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the inconvenience caused. Overall, i felt scammed and utterly dissatisfied with the service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They don't give anything in room. No complementary water no blanket no tissue. Washroom was super unclean. Their bedsheets unclean too. All over their service was 2000 percent poor
