    ホテルのインターネットが故障していて大変不便を強いられました。冷蔵庫やタオルは清潔ではありません。シャワーと蛇口の切り替えのレバーも壊れています。スタッフの対応や朝食は良かったです。ロケーションは良かったです。バングラデシュの國境に近く、外食や買い物にも便利でした。

    STAFF BEHAVERS Un Professional.Very very Bed experience. ROOM SIZE IS VERY SMALL,Bathroom Water is Very Bed,Like Sope water colour .

    Room is good. Service is poor. Again Food is good. But everyday I have to keep waiting for fresh towels and reception says to contact house keeping and house keeping does not respond over intercom. On 06-012025 even I had to wait till 10.30 pm for a fresh towel. Reception welcome or on daily basis when you face somebody at reception nobody is having even greets you. It felt like “farak nahin padta “ type.

    I enjoyed staying here, hotel staff are excellent. Location is right at town, easy access for everything. Thank you, i would love to come and stay here whenever i come to agartala.

    As per mm t room should be city view but they denied to provide. Lift is not working properly. Room is smelling bad

    Good but the toilet leakages in flush & shower taps and wasting water. Water is preservative and keep it for future generations
