皮克阿爾巴特羅斯玫瑰宮 (Pickalbatros Palais des Roses)

在網站訂了兩個訂單，對酒店的評價前一個訂單已經寫了，這裡想誇一下訂房網站。酒店是三餐全包，入住的時候多收了一個9歲小童的費用，當天和訂房網站説了，經過三天不懈努力，訂房網站和供應商以及酒店多次溝通，最後確認了這個事情，訂房網站做了退款，整個服務過程非常棒，結果也是很理想，值得信賴。在這裡提醒大家，摩洛哥整體來説感覺比塞爾維亞好，尤其是服務行業，以及老百姓對中國人的態度，但是摩洛哥人還是會耍賴，會裝傻充愣，這一點要小心。

I enjoyed my time here very much (my first all inclusive holiday ever) Though The first night was kind of a nightmare because there’s a constant humming noise (either from pipe or main aircon 😢) that ruined our sleep but after we mentioned it to the front desk they offered to change the room for us right away. The food options were plenty but same every day so can be boring after a few days. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have joined the activities they offer and had a great fun. (Arabic class and aerobic)

The hotel is very good. Staff are very kind and attentive and always ready to serve you and answer to your requests with a smile on their face. Front desk staff are amazing. It was our wedding aniversary and they gave us an upgraded room with a pool and sea view and had it decorated! Highly appreciated. The food was great in all restaurants. The only "less positive" (not a critic) thing I would say was that the BLU restaurant which is supposedly for seafood, but on the evening we were there, had no seafood (at least what we consider as seafood in Portugal) and was mainly about fish, which was all well cooked in any case and we did enjoy the food. The facilities around the pool area are very good. Bar at the pool side serving pizza and hot snacks all day! Kids area and a bar serving drinks all day. 24/7 Cafeteria in the hotel lobby. Pastry and f drinks plenty of of high quality. Could not ask for more honestly. If we´re ever back in Agadir, this will with no doubt be the place where we´ll be staying! Direct access to the beach

Parfait !

A large and modern hotel with many excellent facilities. The all-inclusive package for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is outstanding. Dinner at the Tagine Restaurant was a truly memorable experience, offering great taste and a wide variety of dishes. We genuinely enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

A l’arrivé à après l enregistrement, nous étions surpris que des responsables de l’hôtel nous ont demandé d’attendre à la réception et après 10 min , un agent nous a communiqué qu’il faut payer 600 € de supplément, !!!!!! Même on a déjà payer par carte la réservation et le séjour de 3 jours / 2 chambre qu’à été 1106 € via votre application TRIP , nous avons demandé pourquoi et tout simplement ils n’ont communiqué que nous devons avoir un passeport étranger que le marocain , et qu’ils ne connaissent pas Trip , nous avons refusé de payer , et nous ont obligé d’attendre à la réception jusqu’à 16h40 , à venu chez un autre responsable en demandant de contacter 訂房網站 pour résoudre ce problème si non , ils disent que nous somme obligé de payer , aussi nous avons refusé, et répondant que moi j’ai fait la réservation avé une application autorisé au Maroc et vous avez la réservation confirmé à votre système, même si ils ont refusé , en justifiant qu’ils connaissant pas Trip , en fin de compte ils nous ont obligé de payer la moitié : 300 € si non ils peuvent pas nous donner les chambre , nous étions trop fatigués car nous avons perdu la moitié de la journée aussi nous avons passé plus de 600 Km , et nous avons payer les 300€ de plus , apart les 1106 € que nous avons déjà payer via votre application , nous étions vraiment déçu , Nous avons l'impression d'avoir été volés et exploités parce qu'ils disent qu'ils ne vous connaissent pas et ne reconnaissent pas votre plate-forme électronique TRIP

酒店比較新，房間設施略顯簡陋，和四星級還是匹配的。酒店就在沙灘邊上，自己帶挺大的游泳池和戲水，水質不錯，室內游泳池差點意思。全包膳食，看得出來酒店盡力了，自助餐還是可以的，水果和蔬菜少。值得推薦。
