If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. The service was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. I was initially given a room that was unfinished, with freshly painted walls that made the smell unbearable. I have severe allergies and requested to be moved to another room. Instead of accommodating me, the front desk told me that if I didn’t like my room, I should leave and find another hotel. After a lengthy and frustrating argument, I was finally moved to a different room — only to find a cockroach inside, which completely disgusted both me and my wife. In all my years of traveling, I have never encountered such rudeness and unprofessionalism. I strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel. It was a terrible experience from start to finish.

The stay was very comfortable. The attention from the management, especially Mr. Khaled, made me feel as if I was in my home and not in a hotel. The breakfast was more than excellent.

Honnêtement c est mon 6 ème hôtel et voilà enfin la classe, top des tops arrêtez avec vos faux commentaires je m appelle reda benzora je suis comédien et bravo à vous pour cette splendide oeuvre d arts,on appelle ça un hôtel tenu par des mains de maître 💪💪💪🇲🇦 je recommande pas je vous oblige si vous venez à Agadir
