Hotel is only a month old when we stayed, it still had that formaldehyde smell if you are concerned. We got a free upgrade to supreme king. There was some markings on the bedding being a new hotel, but it was comfortable with a balcony. Remember to inform reception before 9am if you want housekeeping, which is a bit early for a beach side hotel. The major concern was noise. It does get very noisy at night with the balcony glass not being double glaszed. There is also free parking after 5pm if you are able to find a spot.

位置絕對很好，房間乾淨衛生，設施齊全，服務態度友善，美中不足就是住兩晚，第二天九點多離開房間，晏晝兩點左右回來，發現沒有人執房，毛巾，垃圾沒有清理。

Great getaway location close to the beach, can recommend a beach view room. Unfortunately the rooftop bar and restaurant were not completed when we visited, but that will improve the facilities available!

Удобное расположение отеля рядом с остановкой трамвая и автобуса. Очень тепло приняли на стойке регистрации. Просторный номер-студия. Жили на 5 этаже. Мы провели в отеле всего одну ночь, поэтому вид из окна на стену соседнего здания нас не напрягал, но при длительном бронировании рекомендую учитывать этот нюанс.

The location is perfect. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The toilet is open and most definitely not private behind a door of frosted glass and definitely not sound proof! Could do with a decent clean as there is still grout etc on the tiles from being built. Also the shower needs to be cleaned better as there was red mould in the corners of the shower.
