I had one of the worst hotel experiences here and I do NOT recommend staying at this property. I specifically booked and paid online for two rooms with a bathtub. When I arrived, they gave me only one room with two beds — and there was no bathtub at all, which was part of what I booked and paid for. On the second night, they suddenly insisted that I had booked two separate bedrooms and forced us to move into two different rooms, even though I clearly said I only wanted one room with two beds. They refused to listen. The next day, they claimed my booking was only for one room and started demanding extra payment for the second room — even though the confusion was entirely caused by their own staff. Instead of resolving the issue with the booking agency professionally, they kept calling my room, knocking repeatedly, and disturbing us. The manager even threatened to remove us from the hotel if we didn’t pay again for a room I had already paid for. To make things worse, the hotel internet was broken for over a day. There was also very weak mobile signal inside the room, so I couldn’t even use my own data. I requested a room change because of this, but they refused to help. The management and front desk were unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. This experience was stressful and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
