Overall, it was a good experience. The reception staff was a bit rude. Room service was not satisfactory. It was overpriced. The AC was not working, and there was no ventilation.

Great hotel and great location. Booked a large Suite but was only given a superior room. Only noticed when was rebooting another date!!

The hotel is old and smelled a bit but the room was spacious. The swimming pool water and the hot tub was dirty.

Good experience. We really enjoyed our stay.. Room nice and quiet. Everything local. No complaints whatsoever!!

The hotel itself was lovely despite a few issues on check in - namely that the room wasnt ready. When we were told that we could check in, I discovered that I had been given the incorrect room. The hotel reception staff were helpful and eventually found the room I had originally booked and we moved without much fuss. The one disappointing element of the stay was regarding having to pay £10 per adult to swim - granted I did not have to pay for my son but after paying near enough £150 already I was not best impressed at this additional and unexpected charge.

Nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Big, clean room with lovely bathroom facilities. The only thing I would say let the hotel down was the humidity coming from the spa to the entrance hall and the lift area is overwhelming at times.

stayed at this hotel and used the spa many times before and have always had a much better experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, my stay on 27 May 2026 was extremely disappointing. When checking in, I was asked if I would like breakfast and was told it was very nice. Sadly, the breakfast was awful. The bacon was so hard it could barely be cut, the sausages were stone cold, and the rest of the cooked breakfast was dry and cold. I mentioned this to a waitress, who showed no concern, and when I raised it again at reception and asked for a refund, I was refused. I have attached a photo showing the quality of the breakfast. I was also disappointed to discover there was an additional charge to use the spa. I booked through 訂房網站, and nowhere on my booking confirmation did it mention extra spa fees. When I queried this at reception and showed my booking details, I was simply told I should have checked the hotel’s website. I do not feel this is acceptable, as any additional charges should be clearly stated at the time of booking. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service throughout my stay. My concerns about both the breakfast and the spa charges were dismissed rather than addressed, and staff showed very little understanding or willingness to help. This experience was completely different from the positive stays I have had at this hotel in the past. Sadly, based on this visit, I would not recommend the hotel and will think very carefully before returning. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both the customer service and overall guest experience.

For the amount the hotel cost we were very disappointed by our experience there. The pool area was very run down and cost us an additional £10 each per use (be sure to read the small print!). Although we had an early check in (at 11am) the staff said this ‘must be a computer error,’ and we could not check in until 3pm. We returned at 6:30pm to check in and still had to wait for the room to be ready! Also be aware that although the hotel has luggage storage this is an additional cost.
