If your part of the wyhdham rewards program do NOT stay here. Owner refuses to give you your points on days that you pay their overpriced rooms. And when asking about them she refuses and acts like she doesn't know how to put them in the system. They gave some random person a key to our room and they walked In on me while I was undressed and getting out of the shower. When we arrived our room hadn't been cleaned from the prior guest. Trash was piled outside of door, crushed up food and dirty sheets on the bed. Went out to smoke a cigarette in the middle of the night amd my key quit working she told us to not come up to the desk in the middle of the night anymore. The fron desk charges a higher price them wyndham does online ans charges certain guests different rates. Whyndam cannot find any of my reservations because of the fact that she has put all of my bookings that weren't made through 訂房網站.com as paid in cash even though I used a card. They advertise breakfast and a pool but they have the lobby locked and can't even get a cup of coffee and the pool is so overgrown it looks like it's been out of service since 1992. There's alot of crime, has been 2 deaths since staying here on the property itself.

Sane opinion. Little loud at night but decent room for the price. It's convenient to stores, gas stations, the lake etc. Most of the staff is friendly especially the house cleaner . She always has a smile on and always asks if we need anything. I would recommend if you need more of an extended stay type of hotel because many of the guests have been here for a while so everyone knows each other. Will keep extending our stay until our next place.

Been staying here for over a week now. Keep extending our stay. Hotel is alright. A little loud at night but for some reason the hotel says they aren't getting my reservations booked through 訂房網站.com so I've been getting knocks on the door in the early morning and it's been incontinent having to call 訂房網站.com every day. Maybe a little more organization from the third party sites would be recommended to keep these kind of things from happening.

Great hotel, great ammentites, great location and staff. We have a great stay in acworth and will probably end up extending our stay. The price is affordable and walking distance to the lake. From desk is always available and helpful. No breakfast unfortunately.

Still staying here. Rooms nice for the price pretty spacious. Staff is helpful and usually pretty friendly. It gets a little loud at night. Bit it's not too bad. Extending our stay again.
