When I arrived, I was told that my reservation was for Sunday. It took a long time to get my room, even though I repeatedly told them and displayed my booking for Saturday to Sunday, before I was allowed to check in. Next, the room I was given was not cleaned properly. It could be since it wasn't expected to be used, they didn't clean it before my check-in. The main benefit I had was the close proximity to the airport, which is helpful if you have an early departure from Acapulco's airport. Overall, the value for money felt poor, though it could be due to the check-in mix up. I will give them another try and hopefully I will have a better experience.

A pesar de que ya pasó dos años del huracán Otis aún está en reparación algunas áreas, baños. En general muy bien, el personal amable, puede mejorar mucho más. La comida está buena y las albercas que si funcionan bien.
