預訂的時候平台沒有顯示是中轉酒店，也沒有任何人告知要憑後續登機牌才可以入住。從消費者角度看以為就是機場附近的酒店。 發現之後立刻説明原因並希望及時取消，但拒絕退款。 很不愉快的體驗

酒店在登機安檢裡面，沒有登機牌無法進去，實在是愚蠢的設定。我下了飛機出來後，便無法進入了，酒店還不允許取消。酒店費就白白浪費了！

酒店和平台都沒有體現出來酒店是轉機酒店，衹能持登機牌入住。我連定了4天居然酒店和平台都沒有提醒我，太坑人了。

Very nice room clean got everything you need

I booked in here for the 6 hour stay option to get a rest during a long layover try and avoid jet lag. The location is very useful and it’s the only hotel available in the transit area. The staff were both pleasant/ competent however I was standing waiting in a queue for 15/20 minutes to check in when I arrived, not what you feel like doing after a long flight at 1 in the morning and when you’ve only got a 6 hour window to sleep. I feel they would definitely benefit from more staff during busier times to avoid this. The room was very clean and had a shampoo/ conditioner, toiletries, complimentary tea and coffee etc. however there were a few minor problems. Firstly there were no batteries in the tv remote so I had to mess around trying to find a way to turn off the tv so I could sleep, again not what you want to be be doing when you come in tired and just want to go straight to bed. They did have English breakfast tea, 😃 however there was no milk to go in the tea or coffee 😣. The bed was very comfortable, the air-con worked well but was very loud. All very nit-picky I know and I wouldn’t usually complain except the fact I was paying the equivalent of 15 pound an hour (and that was with a 訂房網站 discount) so for that I would expect a bit more.

Есть всё самое необходимое - чай, кофе, вода, чайник, но к большому сожалению нет фена, так как очень хотелось привести себя в порядок после сна и душа.

Прекрасный отель, очень чисто и комфортно, прилетели ночью, быстро заселились, выспались, сходили на обед в аэропорт, забрали вещи и на вылет, все очень удобно и под рукой.
