I had an amazing experience there! The staff were genuinely kind, and the peaceful environment offered a perfect escape from stress. If you're looking for a quiet and serene place to unwind, I highly recommend this resort—far from the noise and chaos. I’ll definitely choose this place again when we return to Puerto Galera!

The place is beautiful, but our experience was heartbreaking. We booked a sea-view bungalow (July 5–8) and never got the room we paid for. We only spoke with the reception staff, who did their best no manager was ever available to personally assist or apologize. We accepted a smaller room out of exhaustion, and until check-out, we received no refund or compensation for the room difference.

Since 3 days noone change bedsheets etc, then sin 2-3 days electricity cutting, but all hotel and restaurant have jenarator, they say there is no generator, alot if mosquito bed bugs bite us while no electic fan, then they say we order from restaurant, but noone take back plates, then 2 days ago we order grill fish and seafood salads, they like it and we order next day same menu, but second order come totally different, just tomato and veggie, nothing inside seafood, just like greek salads.

一人旅で利用しました。食事はディナーもモーニングも約300ペソで利用でき、とてもリーズナブルです。宿の雰囲気も良く、満足できました。ただ、客室はやや薄暗く、蟲が出ることがあります。エアコンはなく扇風機のみなので暑さ対策が必要です。また、近くにコンビニがないため、水などは事前に用意しておくと安心です。

We did not expect that the room is like this. They provided us a beach front villa and we love it! This vila is 5 mins away from the hotel itself since the hotel managing several accommodation. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with all of our needs.

I came here to celebrate my birthday with my friends. The customer service was nice, especially since I informed them about the additional guests at the last minute, and they accommodated my request without any issues. The food was just okay—not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. The place is also a bit far from the city area, but I didn't really mind because the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. The room was decent. It's not very modern or upgraded, but it's comfortable enough for a stay. What I really loved was the relaxing atmosphere. There are hammocks around the property where you can just sit back and unwind. The staff were genuinely kind and accommodating as well. One thing I'm not sure about is whether the shower has a water heater—it didn't seem like it does. Haha.

здравствуйте, очень разочарована, так как бронировала номер в отеле возле моря, и на сайте не было сказано , что некоторые номера находятся возле дороги и к морю нужно идти минут 7 , также я написала администратору , что хочу поменять номер, мне ответили с 訂房網站 только через неделю, когда мне уже почти нужно было уезжать и написали , что я должна доплатить , еще , если хочу взять номер возле моря , знаю что номер через дорогу на других сайтах стоит 1000***, за 1 ночь, я заплатила на Trip. com 1980,***. за ночь, не рекомендую связываться с этим сайтом.
