The staff were so lovely. I took my dog who they loved and I got a lovely room, so nice and quiet. The shower was great, the bed was so comfortable. Free coffees in the morning which was bliss! It was so nice downstairs to just sit and chill, really nice vibes and just felt totally relaxed and at home. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, absolutely loved staying here. Will definitely be staying again!

While the location is great, the rooms don’t have a heating system. The only option is to turn everything off and eventually the loud vent (which circulates the air apparently) will turn off in 24 hours. No fridge in the room either.

The hotel was great, especially for the cost. The room was flawlessly clean and the amenities were superb. The climate control worked fine, and the WiFi was one of the fastest I've come across in UK hotels - especially as a complimentary WiFi. FYI, I travel a lot! I didn't get to check out the breakfast so can't comment on that. The only issue that I thought needed some improvement was with the pressure of the water in the bathroom. It was quite low and felt like I was waiting for a late train while having my bath. Although this was on the third floor, but still... Great experience overall and will return again.

Amazing beds very comfy night just the perfect temperature in the room. We went for breakfast later it was plenty and tasty however dry for being on the warmer too long. The staff in the morning were very welcoming and very helpful. Parking was a fiver per night fair enough.

Short walk from the airport. But still a quiet location. Modern rooms with good facilities. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Stayed in family room with sofa double bed, which worked well.

機場邊但是聲音不影響睡覺，很安靜，位置方便樓下就可以停車，唯一不好的地方是，萬豪系會員不免停車費。房間新又大，很滿意，就是樓下簡餐完全沒服務，水都不提供。總得來説，還是滿意的。

Loved staying here before our flight, good price for how bougee this room felt. Amazing beds, plush towels and all the amenities, including a really nice coffee machine. Great shower pressure and everything was spotless.
