塞納河狂洗一下，非常方便，房間有點小，有點吵，但交通好方便，去各個景點，火車站，機場距離都非常方便，價格有點貴

Advice: if you have a problem, you are on your own. Hotel will take your money and won't help. I was very excited to try this hotel first and then coming back again with my family. I noticed they had like some river cruising and other nice stuff plus nice food. WOULD I EVER BOOK IN THIS HOTEL? NO WAY :( Unfortunately I had issues with my flight (I missed it) and couldn't make it to the hotel. I paid in advance and the hotel did not refund a single porcentage, nothing not even 20% , of the 200 dollars I paid for the room, nor even offered credits or book for a different date. I understand they have policies (which I consider abusive to the user) I wish I would have checked better before booking. Thanks to 訂房網站 costumer service for being kind with me in this ugly situation.
