Upon arrival at the hotel, the first thing that SHOCKED me was the number of crickets that was surrounding the hotel. It was a very terrifying experience as the number was so many that you can avoid it at all.
I have booked the hotel for the location and the shuttle bus to the airport. but i was told when checking in that there is no more shuttle service to the airport and none of this was communicated to me before my arrival and after my booking. We have booked the hotel due to the shuttle services available and the staff simply told us it was too bad that shuttle service is cancelled and i have to take uber myself. NO empathy at all to their guest.
After checking into the room, it looked clean however the carpet was terrible. i have never been to a hotel worse than Hyatt Place. After walking bare footed for 3mins. my feet was black. The carpet was so dirty that it look like no1 has ever cleaned it.
I will most certainly stay away from this hotel due to the bugs, staff and the cleanliness.
