酒店服務好好。我哋一早到杜拜。都可以安排到早check in。仲可以將第三日嘅早餐調日子。因為第三日我哋一早機就離開。唯一可惜酒店太遠。距離所有景點，車程都遠。

覺得這間飯店真的是非常的棒，房間非常的乾淨還可以看到帆船飯店的景色，泳池也非常的棒還有現場的演奏，餐廳伙食菜色選項多，而且這裡的服務人員都10分的親切服務都非常得好，下次如果有機會會再來選擇這間飯店繼續入住

The staff were great, location is good on Jumeirah side. We were on 29th floor which has a restaurant Ns a bar and on Thursday night there were some noises but not that much disturbing. The pool was great and suitable for child. There was a construction near this hotel which was noisy on the mornings. Total experience was good

Все очень неплохо. Чисто, сервис хороший. Если говорить о местоположении, то в Дубае до всего не близко и приходится ехать 15-30 минут. Если хотите с пляшем отель, то это в разы дороже. А здесь качество и цена адекватные, поэтому, рекомендую.

From the moment we set foot in the hotel to the week later when we left, we cannot compliment enough the attitudes and professionalism of ALL the staff at this hotel. They always had a smile on their face, were very welcoming and went out of their way to help you when you needed assistance. The location of the hotel was quite far out- it cost us 230AED to get from the airport on arrival. But to be honest, after becoming more aware of resources around, we returned back to the airport in a taxi for 30AED. The hotel offers a free shuttle service straight to the Dubai Mall. They have other shuttles to other malls too. Just wish they’d offered more shuttle times to and back from the malls. The latest return to the hotel was 5.45pm. But taxi’s back at later times cost around 80AED. The hotel itself was lovely and clean. The bedroom was airy and spacious. It was cleaned everyday. We had breakfast every day of our stay. I had read reviews before I went about how the breakfast was the same everyday. All I can say to that is that whilst they did offer the same things every day, there is so much variety- from cereals to cooked meals, breads to cakes, fruit, vegetables and salads. We have loved the experience of staying at this hotel and definitely would go back again!
