房問設施比較老舊，但還是比較符合度假村的標準，酒店整體環境不錯，早餐比較單一，而且有一位男員工有 點區別對待，對待歐美人就很熱情，對待我連最基本遞 盤盤子事情都不願意，價格低的時候性價比還可以的，海灘很乾凈！！

サントリアンクラブルームに宿泊しました。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、石鹸、スリッパ、バスローブ、ひと通り揃ってます。 ポットとコーヒー、紅茶もあります。バスタブも付いて、お湯もたっぷりでます。 何より靜かです。1人でのんびり出來ました。

Comfortable spacious room, slightly dated but no concern for this. TV I felt is too small to watch from bed. Pool is large but very much chlorinated so expect to smell for about 2 showers worth. Breakfast buffet was extensive but did not eat there. On the beach front a big plus.

Was unimpressed with Superior room on arrival - small and dingy, not comfortable. PowerPoints weren’t international and my adapters didn’t fit the circular indentation - Altho they provided an adaptor immediately on request. Next day mentioned wasn’t happy with room. Was immediately upgraded to Club Room which was larger, fresher, brighter, had a sofa, and shared private pool. It was much better. Staff were very responsive, friendly and kind. Facilities were lovely. Location great. Sea water clear but lots of reeds and rocks. Grounds were shady and beautiful! Enjoyed my stay 😊.

Second time at puri Santrian. You won’t be disappointed staying here, they have everything you could possibly need and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Awesome buffet Breakfast too!

バランスの取れた良いホテルです。 敷地は広くはありませんが朝から落ち葉を片付けて小綺麗に保たれており、プールも中と小2カ所ありビーチにも面しています。また、ビーチサイドは遊歩道になっていて散歩が楽しめます。 建物や部屋は創業37年ですが2015年に改裝されていて、手入れがきちんと行き屆いており古さを感じさせません。ロケーションとしてはサヌールの中心からは少し離れていますが、周囲にはレストランや小型スーパーマーケット・お土産屋などが徒歩圏內にあります。

Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
