The bungalow is nice and clean but my room got problems with the air conditioning. The water was leaking and the remote control didn’t work. I was suffering from the hotness. I was trying to find anyone from reception to solve the problem but non of them were available. They don’t care about guests after 10 pm. It’s unsafe to leave guests like this. I asked 訂房網站 com to contact them and they also didn’t receive reply from hotel management.
